Lift-N-Flip

Lift-N-Flip

The Lift-N-Flip TM system is a totally self contained machine which utilizes a powered carriage to lift products, which are then rotated by the built-in Flip-Rite TM device. The Lift-N-Flip TM is ideal for use with existing conveyor applications, where products need to be reoriented for packaging, labeling, or inspection. The system needs no overhead crane system to operate, and requires only a small amount of floor space.

Powered Grab and Rotate Lifting Devices
are designed to grab or squeeze the roll and then rotate 90 degrees. Here a battery manufacturer is using this system to rotate a coil and place it on a mandrel for processing. Custom built to the application.

Spool Lifter with Level-Rite.
This 15,000 lbs custom lifter was designed to pick and place one or two spools of electrical wire. The powered lower arms squeeze and insert an ID probe to hold the load. Equipped with the Level-Rite TM load leveling device, this custom grab can pick and place the spools with precise operator control.

ITNAC makes all types of custom lifting tongs, for handling light 40 lb loads to over 10 ton capacities. Lifting tongs are a very flexible tool but are limited in their applications.

Rotating Hook Block

Powered Rotating Hook Blocks.

Designed for heavy duty use, our hook blocks can gently rotate a load horizontally. Complete with a soft-start and soft-stop control package, the operator can control the load with a hand held pendant or radio control system.
