MATERIAL CONTROL

ALL STEEL PURCHASES ARE SUPPLIED WITH MILL TEST REPORTS AND ARE KEPT ON FILE. Incoming material and parts purchased are inspected and labeled, sorted and checked for conformance to the required specifications.

JOB RECORD

ALL JOB RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED ON EVERY PART AND RAW MATERIAL USED IN THE MANUFACTURING OF THE PRODUCT. Each file is complete with Bill of Material, Purchase Order, and Engineering Drawings and Calculations.

SKILLED LABOR

OUR WELDERS ARE HIGHLY SKILLED. All are welders certified to the required standards as set forth by the "Structural Welding Code of the American Welding Society". Our Machinist / Toolmakers are licensed by the state of Pennsylvania. Our skilled manufacturing help assures that ITNAC manufactures the highest quality lifters in the industry.

ENGINEERING

ITNAC HAS AN EXPERIENCED ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT ON SITE. We have a CAD system in place, networked to engineering, sales, and manufacturing. We have over 50 years of combined experience in the "Overhead Lifting" industry.

SALES

WITH EXPERIENCED FACTORY REPRESENTATIVES AND INSIDE SALES SUPPORT STAFF, ITNAC CAN SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER THE SALE. Our computer system gives our inside sales staff instant access to information for processing quotations or expediting orders.
